Order Process


Purchasing digital images will allow you the best of both worlds for use on your kennel or husky club website, stationary and personal prints. The non-commercial restrictions are stated below.

On the other hand if images are required for commercial or profitable organisations these are available and will be priced accordingly against periodicity, resolution and use (e.g. magazine front cover, calendars, product promotions etc. Please contact us for further details.

Image Copyright

Copyright for all images displayed and sold via this website remain solely with Neil J. Dawson, Kingdom Images. Licences are granted on a non-commercial or commercial use basis and not transferrable without written permission from Kingdom Images.

Non -Commercial Image Size & Price

Digital images are available to order from the meetings gallery.

 

All non-commercial images will be provided a the following image size and price;

 

Image size is 2000 pixels wide (non-compressed jpeg) at £3.50 each. These are free of watermarking. (This image size is more than adequate for website use and is capable of producing good quality prints up to A4).

 

Discounts are negotiable for bulk orders are as follows;

 

1+     £3.50 ea

5+     £3.00 ea

10+   £2.50 ea

20+   £2.00 ea

50+   £1.50 ea

100+  £1.00 ea

 

A batch of up to 10 images can be emailed with no delivery cost. 10+ images will be sent on CD/DVD at a cost of £4 inc P&P.

 

Restrictions for image use are as stated below.

Non-Commercial Image Use Terms & Conditions

Copyright for all images sold remains with Kingdom Images. Digital image licences can by purchased by husky club members and rally competitors for their own personal use. This license allows the individual to produce unlimited prints for their own use and use the images on their personal kennel website and promotional stationary. Likewise national husky clubs can purchase images for their club websites and rally brochures. All we ask is that where images are used on non-commercial kennel/husky club websites or husky club brochures/stationary the following words are displayed next to the image "Image Copyright © www.mushers.co.uk". If used on a website please link the words back to this website. The html code is as follows;

Commercial Image Use Terms & Conditions

Any images intended for commercial or profitable organisation use, commercial publications and promotions will be available on a P.O.A basis (e.g. commercial magazines, commercial product websites etc.)

Image Delivery

Images will ideally be delivered at no extra cost by email. Alternatively images can be supplied on CD/DVD by Royal Mail First Class post, which will incur an additional charge of £4 inc p&p.

Image Orders

Orders can be placed online by using the form below. We will then send you an invoice for payment. If there are any image quality issues with your order we will contact you by email or phone prior to sending an invoice. If you have any specific requirements e.g. image modifications etc. please specify these using the from below by email at sales@mushers.co.uk or by telephone at 01383 822682 (please leave a message if we are not there to take your call). If your not too handy with computers and email then please phone in to discuss your requirements and/or order.

Payments

 

Invoice payments can be made securely online by PayPal or major credit cards. If you don't have these, payment can be made using a cheque (payable to 'Kingdom Images) or using cash (by prior arrangement) at a rally. All orders will be delivered as soon as possible after receiving payment.

Privacy Policy

Information gathered by this order form is used solely by Kingdom Images for the purpose of completing an image sale. In no circumstances will information knowingly be sold, made available to, or otherwise distributed to third parties for any purpose.

Image Quality

Due to the nature of dog sled photography many of the action images are captured in low light conditions which may result in the final image having a noisy or 'grainy' appearance. Likewise in these conditions image blurring and reduced sharpness may be evident. If any digital images selected are subsequently deemed by Kingdom Images to be substandard we will always contact you to discuss any issues prior to delivery.
